We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings.
4. Orders and Payments

- International orders may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider.
- We accept credit/debit cards, wise transfer and bank transfer.
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
5. International Shipping and Delivery

- Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by their country.

6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned goods.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
- Custom, personalized, or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.
7. Warranty
- All products come with a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

- Combat sports involve inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge these risks and agree to use them responsibly.
- We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of our products, except where prohibited by law.

Return & Refund Policy – MuayThaiMMAshop.com
1. Returns
- You may return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in the same condition as received, with all tags and labels attached.
- Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance and sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
3. Return Process
- Contact us at salesorder@muaythaimmashop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, it will need made to order with production time around 2-4 weeks.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange return and replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at salesorder@muaythaimmashop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages or defects which are occurred from factory or our side, return shipping is free but with other reasons, for example: return with no longer need reason or choosing wrong size, the return shipping cost will be responsible from buyers.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us firstly through salesorder@muaythaimmashop.com to request returning the item you have, and inform me the exact model, color and size you want, once the return is received, I will contact you to collect shipping cost and ship your item.
Refunds (In case of Return)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (As usual depends on its condition vs original condition, or comes with damage due to bad transportation + restocking fee around 4.5-15%). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds (In case of Cancellation) No Cancel Fee Charges within 72 hours get full refund.
Please contact us firstly through salesorder@muaythaimmashop.com to request cancellation and we will issue refund to your original payment method, we have 4.5% charge for cancellation fee + restocking fee if order time is over 72 hours due to we have operation cost from warehouse transportation of shipments to shipping company or in case of item has been shipped out and shipping cost has been occurred. After we have issued refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
